Known as "The tiny Dink that was always in Mom's way in the kitchen", the lessons came early in life. While teaching me the basics of food and cooking, Mom taught me to have a good heart, along with schooling me on life's most basic of lessons.
At Le Cordon Bleu, I honed my culinary skills but have never stopped my journey. By experimenting with flavor profiles, questioning BBQ competitors from across the country, lots of trial and error albeit delicious, I have accumulated a wealth of Herb, spice and rub knowledge. A Chef more than 20 years now, the culmination of all of that experience exploded into the flagship of my BBQ rub line-up:

Here I am 13 years later, Sandra by my side, still following my passion. By further expanding my line of rubs and seasonings, everyone will find a flavor to satisfy.
